The Millard South Athletic Booster club has one charter....to raise funds to help the Millard South Athletic Department. Over the course of the year, the Booster Club works to raise funds and then donates those funds back to the Millard South Athletic Department. There are 19 sports and over 500 student athletes at Millard South. The Millard South Athletic Booster Club's contributions account for about 30% of the Athletic Department's budget.
The Millard South Athletic Booster Club is a volunteer run organization. The Club has an elected Board and many, many volunteer opportunities.
Each year, the Millard South Athletic Booster club accepts nominations and holds elections for all Board positions. Nominations are accepted in March. Elections are held during the April monthly meeting.
Mission
The Millard South Athletic Booster Club, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was formed to support the Millard South High School athletic programs, to stimulate interest in those programs and to promote positive, competitive spirit and sportsmanship in those programs!
The Millard South athletic programs are entirely self-supporting. Funds are raised through membership in the Booster Club and by the various fundraising events held through out the school year. Your membership and support helps to ensure that athletic programs continue to be available and that they are viable for all students that attend Millard South High School.
